Welcome to Ocean Gate Security Company Limited. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
"Ocean Gate," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Ocean Gate Security Company Limited. "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity using our services. "Shipment" refers to any goods or items transported by Ocean Gate.
Ocean Gate provides logistics and shipping services including but not limited to air freight, sea transport, road transport, warehouse storage, and express delivery. The specific terms of each service will be outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of booking.

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment: hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, explosives, perishable goods without proper packaging, and any items prohibited by applicable law.
Ocean Gate's liability for loss, damage, or delay of shipments is limited as set forth in our service agreement and applicable international conventions. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value shipments.
Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims should be sent to claims@oceangatesecuritycompanylimited.com with supporting documentation.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Ocean Gate reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of breach of these terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
